They are the names of the person who is selling the food product, the name of the food itself, its brand name if any, the net contents and drained weight, the ingredients in the food, the name of the manufacturer, repacker, packer, importer, trader and distributor, and finally, the lot identification number and storage condition.
Every person in the world has a right to know what is being sold and what is contained in the food that is for sale. The information on the label is important so that we don’t buy something that will harm Pharmaceutical labels us. We need to know if the food we are buying contains any food allergens such as peanuts or gluten. It’s important for us to know how old the food was and how long it will be good for after the expiration date.
If we want to save money, we will also need to be sure that the food is fresh and safe to eat. It’s always a good idea to read all of the labels when we are buying food. We can’t just accept the words of the salesman when he tells us that the food product is healthy. We need to know the true facts. We will know if the food is really good for us or if it is safe.
